Cilostazol-treated Tg-SwDI mice showed significantly better hair condition compared with vehicle-treated Tg-SwDI mice aged 15 months, also suggesting that cilostazol prevents cognitive decline in Tg-SwDI mice (Data S1 and Fig. S11).
