The push to promote gun ownership in the gay community first took off in 2000 with the formation of the Pink Pistols — motto: "Pick on someone your own caliber" — a gun organization that now has chapters in 40 cities nationwide.
This motto vowed only that someone from the company would be physically present, at some point.
They have one in David Rostcheck, a representative of the Pink Pistols, a gay shooters group whose symbol is an inverted pink triangle with a shooter inside, and whose motto is, "Pick on someone your own caliber".
Their new motto was: If it makes someone else feel bad, do it.

As someone who grew up with the motto, if you can't win - don't play, the regular humiliation of literally falling flat on my face once a week should have put me off yoga early on.
