This is similar in magnitude to the 18-point higher Motor Composite score found in Australian term control infants compared with the Bayley-3 reference population mean of 100 and the 14-point higher median Bayley-3 Motor Composite score compared to Bayley-2 PDI found in a preterm cohort.
10, 12, 14, 22 Our cohort had considerably higher Bayley-3 Motor Composite scores compared with the Bayley-2 PDI (see Table II).
As shown in Figure 1F and the Video S1, TAT-G-Gpep treatment significantly improved motor function (quantified as the "clinical score") compared to control peptide treatment.
Although most of the cross-tabulations in Table 3 had small numbers, we note that 11% (4), 14% (5) and 11% (4) of babies who required resuscitation at birth had abnormal cognitive, motor and language scores compared to those who did not (7.1%, 8.7% and 8.7% respectively).

The UPDRS motor score improved with physiotherapy compared with no intervention (−5.01 points, 95% confidence interval −6.30 to −3.72; P<0.001, fig 7).
This effect was maintained if rigidity scores were excluded from the blinded assessments, with a 22 ± 10.6% (p = 0.04) improvement in motor scores with aDBS compared to cDBS.
Of these 167 genes, 99 were positively associated with motor score and upregulated in HD samples compared with controls, whereas 68 were negatively associated and downregulated.
However, the "impairment "responders' showed a significantly greater change in FIM + FAM motor score (mean change 24.8, sd 17.0) compared with "non-responders" (mean change 11.4, sd 11.0) giving a mean difference of 13.3 (95% CI 6.6, 20.0) t −4.4 p < 0.001.
