Among the basic neurophysiological characteristics of SCR mice, there were no significant differences in neuromuscular strength (grip strength and wire hang test, Table 1), motor coordination (rotarod test, Table 1), pain sensitivity (hot plate test, Table 1), and gait pattern (gait analysis, Table 1).
In light of the observed cerebellar hypoplasia of Mdm2puro/Δ7-9 mice, a number of tests were performed to assess gross neurological function, motor coordination, and behavior (see Table S1 for details).
