In general, however, the results reported so far have shown a remarkable concordance for both approaches with respect to the motility rates of different cell types, the dynamics of cell movement and antigen-dependent T cell DC contacts.
In this work, we used a combined experimental and mathematical modelling approach to systematically quantify the cell motility rate, strength of cell to cell adhesion and cell proliferation rate in an expanding colony of MM127 melanoma cells.
