The most frequently occurring image related terms appeared less than 10% of the time, with most terms occurring only once.
When diseases mapped to multiple ancestral terms, we chose the ancestral terms occurring most frequently across all diseases to represent each disease, as this reduced the number of classes represented in the network, making the disease clusters easier to identify.
However, most variation in the use of terms occurs between radiologists.
