Another relevant field in the filter tool is the set of species the TFBS model is made from; for example all plant TFBSs can be filtered out if Mammals are investigated only, because most likely all predictions of plant TFBSs in a mammalian sequence are false positive.
However, in both cases, the next most likely localization prediction given by our method is the correct one.
For industry applications it is feasible and most likely that prediction equations can be updated as information on new animals becomes available, and this will ensure a minimal lag between animals in the training set and the test set.

Such inferences reflect the most probable or likely predictions without additional information/processes assumed.
To deal with this complicated statistical systems like that, we adopted the strategy of the multiple prediction orders, ranging from the most likely side effect prediction order to the least one, that is, giving the information to users, which side effect is most likely, which one is the second likely one, and so forth.
It seems most likely that these prediction errors are inherent to the error rate of the prediction profile, which is also 15%.
