Ionospheric variability has become a subject of one of the most intensive studies in the area of ionospheric physics.
Of the various type of nanocrystals, semiconducting metal chalcogenide nanocrystals have been most intensive studied because of their interesting effects such as size quantization [1, 2], non-linear optical behavior [3], photoluminescence [4], and so on.
