The fifth site, s5 N290, is located into the linker region, right at the beginning of the most disordered stretch of human tyrosinase, aa290 315, yet this sequon is followed immediately by a proline in position 293 (N+3) which reduces the probability of occupation.
In fact, two of the structurally uncharacterized proteins, p53PAI-1 and PUMA (see Figure 8), are among the most disordered members of the analyzed group, possessing average disorder scores of 0.492 and 0.896, respectively.
