The prophylaxis group recorded the most consistent reduction in headache days/month at months 3, 5 and 12, though the mean headache frequency continued to be greater than 15 days/month in all the groups.
The ICF syndrome is characterised by phenotypic and clinical variability, with the most consistent features being reduction in serum immunoglobulin (Ig) levels, developmental delay, facial anomalies and cytogenetic defects.
