The General Accepted Auditing Standards (GASS), are the most common auditing standards used to audit private companies.
As depicted in Panel B, the serious infraction which consists of the "non-compliance with auditing standards that could have a significant impact on the outcome of the audit work and, accordingly, on the audit report" is the most common for both the audit firms (130 observations) and individual auditors (166 observations).
The most common shortened versions are the AUDIT-C [ 10], AUDIT-3[ 11], AUDIT-4 [ 12], and the Fast Alcohol Screening Test (FAST) [ 13]).
Most trainees performed radiology based research or audit prior to applying (131/163, 80%); audit was most common (103/163, 63%).
Whereas HoNOSCA and C-GAS (18%, 11/61) was the most commonly occurring combination of measures in the original audit, HoNOSCA, SDQ and C-GAS was the most common combination in the re-audit (55%, 33/60).
In our audit, the most common surgical procedure was the placement of seton (65%), usually applied in case of complex fistulae and Crohn's patients and if loose followed by flap procedure.
As shown in Figure 1, in the original audit HoNOSCA and C-GAS were the most common combination of measures, whereas in the re-audit, HoNOSCA, SDQ, and C-GAS were the most common grouping of measures, with this combination appearing in over half of all case notes.

The most common strategies used to evaluate guideline adherence included the National Stroke Foundation audit (45.3%), other workplace audits (34.9%), and the use of quality indicators (32.8%).
