The effects of some important electrodeposition parameters, such as K2S2O8 concentration, electrodeposition potential and duration, on the morphology of flower-like Zn4(OH)6SO4·4H2O nanosheets are systematically studied.
The vertical NRs normal to the substrate were grown along [001] direction atop the polycrystalline seeds annealed at 600 800 °C, whereas different growth morphology of flower-like NRs was observed on the seeds annealed at 900 °C with the strongest XRD peak along the [100] orientation.
From the above morphology observation, the formation of flower-like CZTS particles and growth behavior by TA modification might be reasonably expressed as a kinetically controlled nucleation dissolution recrystallization process [33], as shown in Fig. 4f.
Two different morphologies of nanohybrids; flower-like ZnO on the tips of MWCNTs and ZnO nanoparticles on the surface of MWCNTs were obtained via adjusting the reaction time [12].
With high magnification, as shown in Figures6b,c, there are two types of flower-like structures (showing nonuniformity of the morphology).
The overall shape of flower-like can be easily seen from the morphology of the particles.
The crystal structure and morphology of the as-prepared products reveal that the diethanolamine solvent is the key factor to form of flower-like Co1−xS hierarchitectures.
The friction coefficient of flower-like MoS2 is around 0.119.
The overall morphology of the Sb1.6Bi0.4S3 is shown in Fig. 3a, which illustrates that the obtained products consist of a large number of flower-like nanostructures.
