Similarly, there were no differences in the orientation of morphological evolution across transects for either species (Table 2), implying that morphological evolution within species proceeded in a similar direction across transects.
Further analysis of biomass and morphology depth responses involved least-squares regression (LSR) and QRA of morphological and biomass parameters relevant for each species (Table 2).
