To evaluate differences in meniscal T1ρ and T2 quantification in patients with acute anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries and to determine correlations of these differences with MR morphological grading and patient-reported outcomes.
Administration of LH 6 h prior to OPU increased (P < 0.05) the oocytes of higher morphological grades, and in the absence of a CIDR, improved (P < 0.05) blastocyst development rate.
One to two euploid blastocysts with the best morphological grade available were selected for transfer to individual patients on day 6.
