We have experimentally observed a strong dependence of the minimum filler amount (for tunneling conduction mechanism of the composite) from the morphological figures of merit.
To determine whether the mitochondrial functional (Tables 1 and 2 as well as Figure S1 and S3,) and morphological (Figure 2) changes promoted by BF could affect reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation, we measured H2O2 production in mitochondrial preparations from SF and BF mosquitoes using pyr/pro as substrates (Figure 3).
