An "alarming" number of pets in Wales are being abandoned, say the RSPCA as recent figures show more than 700 were dumped in Wales in the last 12 months.
The plans, each more than 1,000 pages, were dumped on an unsuspecting public in the last few weeks by the Bureau of Land Management.
Ultimately more than of sediment were dumped along the lower Cowlitz and Columbia Rivers.
Two bodies were dumped in more complete form, the prosecutor said.
The story began after tons of polychlorinated biphenyls better known as PCBs were dumped along more than 240 miles of the state's roads, which the federal government designated a Superfund Site.
"Now that there are more buildings with more usage, there will be more sewage being dumped into the Sound," Mr. Sunberg said.
It would delay modernization and ensure that more carbon is dumped into the atmosphere.
Dockless, free-floating, shared personal mobility devices (scooters, bicycles and more) have been dumped on cities by the likes of Bird, LimeBike and Spin.
"What you got here is one council taking a measure to save money by bringing income in, which will mean more stuff being dumped on roadsides, which the borough councils will then have to pay to collect".
