"People are going to see more and more of these small vehicles operating around the country," said John Moreland, general secretary of the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Systems Association (UAVS), a trade body with more than 100 members.

While such vehicles are now more fuel-efficient than in years past, they still drink more fuel than smaller vehicles.
But if 10percentt of the small vehicles are replaced by large ones, the average cost of collisions becomes $458.50, since more collisions will be between large and small vehicles.
All major telecommunications entities use satellites as key network nodes in constellations ranging from three or four large spacecraft in geosynchronous orbit to more than 100 smaller vehicles in low Earth orbit.
The Expedition, like all big SUVs, gets lousy gas mileage 13 mpg city, 17 mpg highway and many people are sacrificing size for more efficient, if smaller, vehicles like sport utility wagons.
