Compared to the number of genes in the bicluster shown in Figure 1, the bicluster in Figure 3 contained about four to five times more genes and more significant categories (Table 5).
One of the more significant functional categories for the heat-shock−sensitive mutants in exponential phase was transcription and transcriptional control.
Furthermore, we found that the NS category was significantly over-represented among the AIS subfamilies as compared with the overall distribution of this category among all subfamilies (P = 9.26 × 10-15; calculated by using hypergeometric distribution); this over-representation of the NS category was more significant than that of any other category (Table 2).
Except for the category of unassigned genes (35) in PINARRAY3 and photosynthesis (1) in RNA-Seq, where Leiria showed more significant genes, the rest of significant categories had more significant genes in Tamrabta (Fig. 3).
Although we have found genes associated with regulation of the protein translation in both groups, this category is more significant in the resistant cell lines.
And some of those other categories are more significant in the overall picture.
For suicidal behaviour, with a smaller number of events, the decline in odds ratios with age seems steeper and the differences between age categories were more significant.

The similarities between these two broad categories are far more significant than their differences.
According to the interviews, shipping lines consider the time and monetary categories to be more significant since these factors are generally out of shipping lines' control, whereas many liner-related criteria can be controlled by shipping line strategies.
