Further investigation of all genes highlights that whilst compared to the COGs those genes found within CPGs are more often predicted to be surface-located either through possession of transmembrane or GPI anchored regions (Figure 2).
Females more often predicted their retirement to be associated with ill health (Table 3).
In addition, CRF19_cpx infected patients had more often oral candidiasis and had higher RANTES levels (Fig. 3D and E), and CRF19 strains were also more often predicted as X4 (Fig. 3F).
For statistical purposes, the papers describing the results of single-organism gene deletion studies also consider correctly predicted non-essential genes, which significantly outnumber the essential genes in most cases and generally are more often predicted correctly.
Results showed that while children normally underestimated the occurrence of bad outcomes in relation to the unknown animal (i.e., positivity effect), participants in the threatening information condition more often predicted bad outcomes so that they provided more accurate estimates of the contingency that they had experienced.

Visual inspection of the predicted maps compared to high-resolution imagery demonstrated that the zero-inflated models also more closely matched the landscape, as traditional models more often incorrectly predicted canopy cover in non-forested areas.

The results of the ETAS fitting are given in Table 1d, and Fig. 4c, d shows that secondary aftershocks of M ≥ 4.2 occurred significantly more often than predicted.
Chimps were given a hint about the location of a hidden banana from either a human who helpfully pointed toward the hiding place, a human who desperately reached toward the hiding place in an apparent attempt to snatch the treat, or a competing chimpanzee who also reached for it.Six of the 12 chimps found the banana more often than predicted by chance when faced with a competitor.
