Our results show that integration of the flipped classroom model with online NextGenU courses can be an effective innovation in public health higher education: students achieved similar examination scores, but NextGenU/Flipped classroom students rated their course experience more highly and reported positive learning experiences and an increase in self-perceived knowledge.
Particularly important to note here is that among these deaths, the younger population is more highly affected as reported by Patton et al. (2009).
Being more highly educated was reported as a barrier [ 67], but there was no consensus about the effect of being clinically trained [ 61, 68].
Compared with non-completers, completers were older (45.7 vs. 41.5), more highly educated, and reported less severe anxiety (15.2 vs. 20.5) and depression (26.6 vs. 30.9) symptoms.
