Nevertheless, following a more historicist perspective, extended analyses of the cultural landscape's genesis (Antrop, 2005; Bender, Boehmer, Doreen, & Schumacher, 2005; Gade, 2011) would lead to an even better understanding of current land transformations and thus improve rural urban decision making.
