The final cluster layout is shown in Figure 23, and parameters of each cluster are listed in Table 3. Powers of clusters were chosen arbitrary for simplicity purposes, but could be verified through more elaborate calculations, for example with use of Radar Equation [18].
Other more elaborate molecular mechanics calculations show similar results.
However, when there is no saddlepoint the calculation is more elaborate, as illustrated in Table 2.
A second limitation is the small number of events that prevented the calculation of more elaborate statistical models accounting for other patient covariates such as diagnosis or demographic variables.

However, depending on the precise nature of the application, it is possible, or even advised to devise a more elaborate treatment of the subproblems of influence function calculation and community landscape hill determination.
