The relationship between heat and morbidity in any specific area may be affected by local population demographics, economic well-being, underlying disease risk, the presence of vulnerable subpopulations, weather variability, physiologic acclimatization, and locally available adaptations (Kinney et al. 2008).
Yet, lifestyle modifications (including exercise, healthy dietary habits) and treatments can reduce and control blood pressure, and thus allowing reducing the morbidity and mortality in specific group population4,7,8,9,10,11.
However, it is increasingly recognized that transfusion itself contributes to morbidity and mortality in specific patient populations, including critically ill, cardiac surgery and trauma patients [ 1].
A form of CKD that appears unrelated to traditional risk factors, such as diabetes and hypertension, is responsible for widespread morbidity and mortality in specific geographic locations across three continents.
GPs should be aware of the high risk of somatic co-morbidity in this specific patient group and take into account their cognitive and social handicaps by being alert and proactive when diagnosing.

Hence further work is required to investigate the association between morbidity and total prescribing volume (measured by the number of items prescribed) and costs and how well morbidity explains variation in prescribing in specific therapeutic areas.
Such clustering may be associated with specific morbidity in childhood and also predicts the presence of adverse outcomes in adulthood.
