The phrase "moral anger" is correct and usable in written English.
You can use it when referring to a feeling of strong disapproval or outrage based on a perceived moral wrong or injustice. For example: "He felt a deep sense of moral anger about the government’s decisions."
What I miss is the moral anger of a work which implies virtually everything in modern society conspires to reduce our sense of self.
