To study the potential interactions between CXCL12α and EC surface molecules, we analysed the ability of human RA ECs to present exogenous native or biotinylated CXCL12α on their surface molecules.
In order to probe the selectivity of YTX-induced response with regard to cadherin molecules, we analysed a third member of the cadherin family, K-cadherin (cadherin-6), in the MCF-7, Caco-2 and MDCK cells, which represents YTX-responsive systems.
