Genes from our matrix are distributed throughout all five Arabidopsis chromosomes (supplementary fig. 1, Supplementary Material online) and with the exception of genes in the "Other Molecular Function," their distribution into functional categories is similar to those in Arabidopsis (table 2, fig. 2).
