Recently, EnrichNet was launched, a web-based platform integrating pathway and interaction analysis in 6 different databases (KeGG, BioCarta, Gene Ontology, Reactome, Wiki and NCI pathways) with functional associations and connecting these data with molecular function (Interpro) and protein complex information (Corum) [ 63].
The trend stands true for both Molecular Function and Cellular Component (data not shown).
Because neither Nud1 nor its orthologs have been studied previously, no molecular function or biological process data are available.
