A panoramic radiograph revealed a well-circumscribed, unilocular radiolucency in the region of the left mandibular molars, extending from the distal root of the first molar area to the left ascending ramus, with an unerupted second molar, and the dental follicle of the third molar (Fig. 1).
The implantation on the maxillary molar area is in a proximate position with the maxillary sinus, so there is a risk of perforation during the implantation of the dental implant fixture, and the maxilla proximate maxillary sinus usually has insufficient bone width for implantation.
In the present study, as well as in anatomic studies [7, 9, 10, 14] and a radiographic study [13], the intraosseous loop formed a concave arch, with the first molar area being the lowest point of the bony canal arch course.
Gorsky et al. [ 4] reported that the prevalence of TP in the combined molar-premolar area increased with age, whereas in the molar area it decreased, expressing a significant relation between location and age (P < 0.01).
Patients with two or more adjacent missing teeth and patients with edentulous spaces at the third molar area were excluded.
Oroantral fistula associated with extraction is mainly observed in the maxillary premolar or molar area [5].

With reference to the apical width measurement, the figure showed that the cross section was significantly wider in the midline area compared to the premolar and molar area in all three groups (Fig. 3c).
Mean second lower molar area was 34.58%, similar to the 1/3 of total molar area predicted by the IC Model.
Eichner class A includes dentitions with four occlusal supporting zones, which means that at least one posterior occluding pair in both premolar and molar area at each side is present.
