The optional work-module was filled out completely by 161 patients (39%).
Species-specific modules were divided into two main categories on the basis of substrate type tested: substrate A and substrate B. In summary, six modules per species contained substrate A and six modules were filled with substrate B [ see Supporting Information ].

These registers are filled by the Coordinator module.
The gaps were filled using the GapCloser module from SOAPdenovo.
Then, series of ambiguous sequence 'N' of the genomic scaffolds were filled using the software the GapCloser module version 1.12 (Luo et al. 2012).
