To circumvent these problems, postsynaptic activity was modulated in mouse models by specifically targeting endplate receptors or the activity of synaptic regulators such as MuSK.
Rpgrip1 encodes various protein isoforms with differential expression across tissues (Ferreira, 2005; Roepman et al., 2000a) and the expression of some RPGRIP1 isoforms are pharmacologically modulated in mouse models of Fabry's disease (Moore et al., 2007).
Specifically, we performed GSEA using as GeneSets the lists of genes modulated in DC subsets during MCMV infection as described in Fig. 2A and B.
