At Chinaplas 2014 in April, Addivant – the former antioxidant, polymer modifiers and UV stabilizer business of Chemtura Corp [ADPO, July 2013] – announced three additions to its Polybond® polymer modifier product line.
Because the dE2f1-dsRNA phenotypes are based on RNAi, we tested the modifier Df lines on the GMR > white-Inverted Repeat (GMR-w IR) line, to identify gene products that change RNAi efficiency rather than the E2F1 directly (Lee et al. 2004).
Transgenic lines UAS-DsRed-CAG0, UAS-DsRed-CAG100, UAS-DsRed-CAG250, UAS-DsRed-CAA/G105 and genetic modifier EP insertion lines have been described (5, 21).
A recipe's ingredients list has words such as "diced" and "chopped" that tell you how to prepare each ingredient for that recipe, but you may not realize is that the placement of these "preparation modifiers" in the ingredient line is as important as the modifier itself, for example: 1 cup rice, cooked and 1 cup cooked rice.
A "w" is represented by a half circle with two lines coming off either end, with a modifier of two straight lines.
In the near-field (Fresnel zone), Figure 3a,b,c shows the behavior of all functions including the incident spectrum I′ (dotted line), the modifier M Au (x,z,ω) (dashed line), and the diffracted spectrum I Au (x,z,ω) (solid line) for z =50 um and x =13.3, 13.5, and 13.7 um, respectively.
Consistent with this phenomenon, some RNAi lines targeting the same Drosophila gene gave discordant results in our assay; most commonly, one line showed modifier activity and another did not.
The third modifier is three vertical lines.
The profiles allow you to quickly select different types of scans without having to type in the modifiers on the command line.
This is a dominant screen and we call the mutant lines Modifiers of murine metastable epiallele Dominant (MommeD) [ 2].
