A series of novel isosteric analogs of the ceramidase inhibitors, (1S,2R -N-myristoylamino-phenylpropanol-1 (d-e-MAPP) and (1S,2R -N-myristoylamino-phenylpropanol-1ropandiol-1S,2R -N-myristoylamino-phenylpropanol-1hysicochemical properties were designed, synthesized, and evaluated as potential anticancer agents.
We note that SUMO modification is dynamic and the modified targets can be rapidly desumoylated by isopeptidases that are efficient at removing SUMO.
Further consideration will be needed to yield any findings about the modified target point and trajectory according to the intention of the operator.
Combining these elements, we found that coordinated expression of the type 3 secretion system and modified target protein substrates produces a nonpathogenic strain that expresses, secretes, and delivers heterologous proteins into mammalian cells.
