Investigating further the temporal response of acute-stochastic and collective modes we observed auto- and cross-correlation profiles of acute-stochastic mode is similar to immune-related genes whereas the average response of randomly selected 80 ORFs in collective mode is scaled to genome-wide response (Figure 4G H, and Figure 3A), thus demonstrating that collective mode is scalable.
However, it is noteworthy that the CD81 diffusion modes we observed are consistent with reports of other plasma membrane proteins (Suzuki et al., 2007; Sergé et al., 2008).
Based on observations on amplitude data in different polarization modes, we observe three different bedrock units (Figs. 2a d, 5).
Focusing on the fine mode we observed remarkable similarities between the retrieved size distribution and the one measured by the AMS.
With respect to the effects of training mode, we observed a significant advantage of mode Rhyme&Melody as of Session 3. From the start, this effect interacted with the training method, with the number of gender errors decreasing most clearly in the blocked Rhyme&Melody group (see Fig. 3).
After taking images in time-lapse mode, we observed thick nerves running in the iris stroma close to the anterior epithelia, forming four to five stromal nerve rings from the iris periphery to the pupillary margin and sub-branches that connected with each other, constituting the stromal nerve plexus.
For the same samples in negative mode, we observed the combination of repeated intense peaks with masses about 162 m/z, referring to fragment [Kyn − H2O − CO]−, and about 290 m/z (possible belong to dimer of fragment with mass 146 Da (see above)).
Assuming the latter (animal-like) binding mode, we observed a variety of seed sequence matches in the conserved fly genome regions.
In ESI+ mode we observed many compounds using the maXis, e.g. chloramphenicol and several anthraquinones, which were not previously detected by the LCT system using ESI+.
In passive mode, we observed no activation on DLPFC in this study (see Fig. 9), whereas slight brain activations were exhibited on DLPFC in Cazzell et al. although they were relatively weaker compared to those in active mode.
In the production mode, we observed that most of the pools yielded >20 Mbp, more than half of the length expected, assembled in contigs greater than 4,000 bp in length.
