We propose the following sequence of transformation: (i) carbon and Mn co-segregation to dislocations and grain boundaries; (ii) formation of FCC transition carbides; (iii) growth controlled according to the LENP mode and (iv) austenite nucleation and growth.
Such results involve (i) initial imperfection measurements, (ii) equilibrium paths relating the applied load to key column displacements, (iii) deformed configurations (including the collapse mode) and (iv) failure loads.
More specifically, the user inputs: (i) (queries) a set of experimental spectra to be matched; (ii) (database) a fasta file containing known protein/peptide sequences; (iii) (spectral library) a set of peptides to be used as the spectral library (required only when the software is run in the 'hybrid' mode); and (iv) a file with quality control and output parameters.
In modes (iii) and (iv), RAId_aPS is also capable of combining results [9] from different scoring functions.

Furthermore, on a broader empirical basis, this study supports the finding of Bulkeley and Kern that local administrations in Germany prefer mode (iii) and (iv) [38].
When the user select multiple scoring functions in mode (iii) and mode (iv), RAId_aPS is able to combine statistical significances reported by the different scoring functions.
The most interesting are the modes labeled III and IV.
The main reason for the popularity of herbal medicines are i) these plants are near to nature, hence more effective than allopathic medicines ii) they are easily accessible iii) are cheaper mode of treatment and iv) show fewer side effects or adverse reactions as compared to modern synthetic drugs.
The values of the parameters mentioned above, excluding Z m,l,k, are specified in Table 2 for transmission modes I, II, III, and IV.
