In the present study, responses regarding the level of satisfaction were graded on a 5-point Likert scale (very satisfied, moderately satisfied, neutral, moderately dissatisfied, and very dissatisfied) whereas in other studies satisfaction was graded on a 2 or 3-point Likert scale (without the answer option "neutral"); consequently, patients had to choose between 'satisfied' or 'not satisfied'.
Most patients (87%) were very or moderately satisfied with treatment.
The scales range from 1 (not important) through 2 (slightly important), 3 (moderately important), 4 (very important) to 5 (extremely important) for the importance ratings and in the same format from 1 (dissatisfied) through 2 (slightly dissatisfied), 3 (slightly satisfied), 4 (moderately satisfied) to 5 (very satisfied) for the satisfaction ratings.
Nevertheless 60%to70%0% of subjects remained at least moderately satisfied at week 16.
Only 2% of the patients were "moderately satisfied" with the attention from physicians and nurses.
In our work, in addition to 23% of patients who reported being little or not at all satisfied, 29% said to be moderately satisfied, with a possibility that some of the latter might have had low levels at a RAS-scale, which makes concordant the results of both studies.
Additionally, the majority of responders felt only moderately satisfied with time and support to make a decision.
Job satisfaction was assessed by the question, ' How satisfied are you with your job?' with response options on a Likert-type scale: very satisfied, satisfied, moderately satisfied, dissatisfied and highly dissatisfied.

18 patients were very satisfied with the result of their prosthesis, 9 were satisfied, 4 were moderately satisfied, and 1 patient was not satisfied.
