Among the moderate-quality papers, the most frequently reported barriers to telehealth acceptance were: Technical problems [ 19, 49, 56, 67, 71, 79]; and preference for in-person [ 19, 24, 49].
Most of the studies were moderate or high quality paper except for one paper.
Overall, the 15 selected papers were methodologically of moderate quality.
The use of qualitative and quantitative quality ratings further suggest that the majority of papers were of at least moderate quality.
