We propose an interactive modeling framework to create 3D furniture models with interactive parts from a single image.
For quality assessment, we performed molecular replacement (MR) with Phaser McCoyy et al., 2007) using models with selected parts of the known structures omitted, followed by atomic model refinement with phenix.refine (Afonine et al., 2012), and inspection of (mF o -DF c ) omit maps.
