This model was parameterised in terms of CL, V, Ka, LAG and D. Both of these models allowed all pharmacokinetic parameters to vary between individuals according to an exponential error model; both were fitted using ADVAN2.
We performed analysis of models allowing all branches to have different ω values and we also placed different constraints on the different branches, particularly for branches labelled A and B;: ωA, ωB, ω0.
