This paper deals with GIS modelling error of environment influence on waterpower engineering.
The uncertainties induced by modelling error and measurement noise are the major difficulties for vibration-based damage detection methods, and therefore, a probabilistic approach is adopted in this study for addressing the uncertainty problem.
This Bayesian method not only provides the most probable values of the modal parameters but also assesses the associated posterior uncertainty analytically, which is especially relevant in field vibration tests arising due to measurement noise, sensor alignment error, modelling error, etc.
Modelling error was accounted using the Generalised Likelihood Uncertainty Estimation (GLUE) methodology.
The application simulation using hot-rolled width data shows that standard deviation for modelling error can be reduced 20% compared with the conventional method.
A novel method was designed to solve this problem by using an integral term at steady state to eliminate the torque modelling error.
