Human CNTN4Ig1 4, CNTN5Ig1 4, CNTN6Ig1 4 were homology-modeled by computing both the alignment and the solved X-ray structure of the mouse Cntn4Ig1 4 used as 3D template (Protein Data Bank ID: 3KLD).
