Prior to model training, missing descriptor values were imputed (function ImputeFeatures).
For each of our analyses, and for each key concept, two categories of agreement statistics are reported: 1) scoring-model training agreement values and 2) scoring-model cross-validation agreement values.
Both the predictions calculated during model training (using the optimal parameter values), i.e. cross-validated predictions, as well as the predictions on the test set were used.
