There is a report to suggest HNF6 activity to be independent of FOXA2 [20] and in this conditional FOXA2 knockout mouse model targeted expression of HNF6 genes appeared to be independent of the presence of FOXA2.
Our program can be used in two different modes: global mode, most useful for unbiased 3D structure modeling, and targeted mode, to be used for targeted detection of candidate interactors.
