The overlap area of the acetabular model "shelled" for 2.95 mm and 6 mm and the quadrilateral surface were observed at a random surgical vision from the Stoppa incision.
The modelling shell concept is based upon experience gained during development of a number of natural resources modelling applications over the past 10 years.
In this paper we give an overview on the landscape modelling shell and demonstrate the general structure of the INGRID landscape model.
We integrate abiotic and biotic state variables, processes and complex interactions in a spatially explicit way into the INGRID modelling shell.
Here we describe a new modelling shell called COINS (COmparison and INtegration Shell) within which many related models can be co-located, and where model similarities are exploited to facilitate rapid model development and analysis.
