For each model condition, we generated 30 replicate datasets.
For each model condition, we calculated the average error rates and standard errors.
Analysis of national guidelines : in order to apply the model to our exemplar conditions, we identified the main recommendations and priorities for treatment from the current UK guidelines and compared these with guidelines from the USA and Europe.
