That is, as σ2 increases, the high-order model components show clear weights in total IMD.
A high variance of the model components show that some of the variables may produce significantly different behavior from the suggestions of the deterministic results.
To enable understanding of the model components, show them individually: absorption, elimination, time around Cmax (PK), placebo response, circadian rhythm (PD), etc., are understood more easily if they are not overlaid by other components.
