As a remedy against traffic volume uncertainty, we propose a Robust Optimization model based on Multiband Robustness (Büsing and D'Andreagiovanni, 2012), a refinement of classical Γ-Robustness by Bertsimas and Sim that uses a system of multiple deviation bands.
