Health belief model (HBM) based health education for injury prevention started in January 2010 and stopped in the end of 2011 among high school students in the community context in Shanghai, China.
Information about the strengths and weaknesses of these models is needed for evidence based health care policy.

The log-linear model based on total primary health care pharmaceutical expenditure may however not be ideal for allocating the set national primary health pharmaceutical budget among the various districts based on the needs of the population.
The log-linear model based on total primary health care pharmaceutical expenditure would for example be used to predict future total district primary health care pharmaceutical expenditure based on any plans the government may have for the district (e.g. increasing the number of health facilities, upgrading facilities etc).
However, current policy guidelines for the implementation of a primary health model based on rural experiences and experimental design requires careful review and modifications to meet the needs of the urban settings.
