In order to optimally allocate a certain amount of money (resources) to different transport modes, the relative portion of the economic product of each transport mode is computed.
For both modes, the relative standard deviation of migration time and peak intensity for consecutive injections was determined to be below 0.6 and 8%, respectively.
Our analysis of the reduced model and explicit expressions relating the parameters of the reduced model to the megamap elucidate the conditions under which the combinatorial mode emerges and the dynamics in each mode given the relative strength of the attractor network and the relative strength of the two conflicting inputs.
Despite this shortcoming, we find that the two models behave in the same way qualitatively (Fig. 3), and the analytical tractability of the 2-unit model permits us to derive explicit equations for the set of parameters leading to each operational mode and the relative strength of external input leading to hysteresis (in the WTA mode) or two co-stable activity bumps (in the combinatorial mode).
However, while the average EFs calculated were based on the neat benzene thiol dependent on the choice of Raman mode strongly, the relative Raman enhancement between our SERS substrates (including the Klarite® substrate) were found to be relatively independent on the choice of Raman mode used for comparison, as shown in Figure 3a.
Moreover, the distributions of the electric near-field at each mode, particularly the relative positions of nodal points, are consistent with the results of silver nanowire measured by EELS [19, 20]. The activities were measured in triplicate in kinetic mode and the relative activity (in %) is based on the maximum activity for each variant in the assay.
