The purpose of this study was to analyse the changes in histologic peroneal nerve structure during experimental orthopaedic lengthening using various modes of manual or automatic distraction.

But once you get the hang of Manual mode, it's very easy to master, but kind of difficult to explain.
The use of the manual mode or manual selection of the settings by the operator is not recommended for standard mammography with few justified exceptions, like in the cases of breast implants, surgical specimens and breasts that have undergone surgery or radiotherapy [31, 32, 33].
