Most trauma centers that use FAST as a primary screening modality rely on the assumption that any missed injuries are low-grade lesions without serious clinical consequence [ 24, 25].
Consideration of the feasibility of cash as an alternative to other modalities relies on local-level assessment of capacity, available resources, political environment, beneficiary needs and preferences, and lessons learned from previous programs in those areas.

As current imaging modalities rely on detection of increased hepatic arterial supply, it is not difficult to see how well-differentiated HCC or high-grade dysplastic nodules can be misdiagnosed.
Thus, fVII-tPDT as a localised therapy is different in the mechanism of action from Icon immunotherapy, which is a systemic modality and relies on host immune functions through NK cell- and complement-mediated cytotoxicity (Hu and Li, 2010).
With limitations of imaging modalities, targeting largely relies on indirect methods.
